The Net Monkey

I’m at my parents’ house tonight doing laundry and watching television, as I prepare for a trip out to San Francisco. I was watching a television show on the History Channel earlier about the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge. Quite suiting, if you ask me!

My brother-in-law’s step-mother’s family is having a reunion in Chinatown at the SW Hotel. I’m not necessarily part of the family, but I’ll accept any invitation to get my ass out of Indiana and go west. Who wouldn’t?

I’m hoping to meet up with several folks: Jason Marchant, Jason Schlachet, Casey, and egg_troll (Britt). Some people I’ve never actually met in person, and others I haven’t seen in a very long time.

I’ll be taking photos, too, so look for posts up on my Flickr account.
