Foreign Help Ready

I was just reading an article on CNN.com saying that many foreign governments have pledged money, supplies, and support to help those affected by Hurricane Katrina. As of the time that article was written, I don’t think the US government had yet accepted any offers, but was expected to do so. They should.

Can you imagine the French coming back to help save New Orleans?
