Title: Old Cameras

Uploaded By: mattbarton77
Shane and I had a wonderful time together this past weekend!
Before heading to Decatur, we met up in Champaign for dinner. We dined at this Italian restaurant where his mother used to take him when he was a kid. It was a nice place, and my chicken parmesan was yummy, too.
On Saturday, we ventured back to Champaign, spending a lot of time in a couple crusty used bookstores. These shops had more than just books to offer; they had vintage photos, old cameras, old penny postcards, and many other hidden treasures. It was totally my kind thing.
That evening we cooked dinner. It wasn’t anything impressive: marinated chicken, mashed potatoes, and asparagus, but it sure tasted good.
(I’m pretty sure it is the exact same meal I made the last time I cooked anything of significance which wasn’t frozen or warmed in the microwave.)
On Sunday, after going out for brunch, Shane and I went back to his house and watched Clockwatchers. It is a personal favorite of mine; Shane seemed to like it, too.
Anyway, Shane and I will be seeing each other again this coming weekend in Chicago. I can’t wait.
