FriendFeed
I’ve recently started using FriendFeed!
FriendFeed aggregates your online social networking activity on sites like YouTube, del.icio.us, etc. Basically, anything that allows you to share data on the Internet can be brought together into a single feed accessible by either a web browser or RSS feed.

So, every time I share an item in Google Reader or post items to Flickr, you’ll see it in my FriendFeed. They also offer Facebook integration so you can see my feed in a profile box.
